Job Description
Equitable is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Service Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication while fostering a collaborative project team environment. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two assigned days every other week, plus a fifth assigned day per month, in the office in Waterloo, ON.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a formal Project Management role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
- Experience in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure domains
- Demonstrated advanced communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated relationship skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead organizational change effectively
