Job Description
5th or 6th Grade Fiction/Non-Fiction Teachers are needed for the 2017-18 school year at Equitas Academy Charter #2: Middle in Los Angeles, CA. Teachers will work collaboratively with adults to deliver on the school's mission and build strong relationships with scholars, staff, and families.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- A current Single Subject or Multiple Subject teaching credential (internship is okay) or out of state equivalent required
- English Learner authorization
- A strong belief that all students can succeed
- Demonstrated success working with students in traditionally underserved communities
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
