Job Description
The primary role of the 1:1 Aide is to support scholars who need additional support in and outside of the classroom according to their IEP. The ideal candidate should have experience working with students with disabilities and additional physical support needs.
Requirements
- AA degree or equivalent
- BA degree preferred
- Knowledge and experience in ABA
- Criminal clearance, including fingerprints and TB Test
- Previous experience working with and supervising children
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Current CPR and 1st Aid Certificate within 3 months of employment
