Job Description
The Assistant Principal - Instruction will provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to educators to improve inclusive practices, language acquisition programs, literacy instruction, and teacher retention strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of teaching experience (5+ preferred), with a demonstrated record of exceptional academic outcomes for scholars
- Background in coaching or mentoring teachers and facilitating professional development
- Experience in school leadership positions, such as Grade Level Lead or Instructional Coach
