Requirements
- Provide targeted literacy instruction and intervention to students
- Implement targeted instructional strategies to strengthen foundational literacy skills
- Use ongoing formative assessment and progress monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to reinforce intervention strategies within core literacy instruction
- Contribute to planning and facilitation of literacy-focused professional development
- Design and facilitate professional development sessions focused on effective literacy instruction and intervention strategies
- Establish consistent and proactive communication with families of students receiving literacy intervention
- Analyze school-wide literacy data to identify students in need of intervention and track overall trends
