Job Description
The Commercial Manager will oversee all commercial management and cost control activities for a multi-billion-pound infrastructure project. This includes managing stakeholders, cost estimation, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, Chartered Membership (MRICS), and at least 10 years of experience in commercial management, cost control, or quantity surveying.
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Chartered Membership (MRICS)
- 10 years of experience in commercial management, cost control, or quantity surveying
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in cost management software
- NEC contracting experience (desirable)
