Commercial Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to provide commercial and contractual expertise to support the delivery of projects. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial frameworks, contracts management, and financial management, as well as identifying and mitigating project risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in business administration, Finance, or a relevant field is a plus
• Experience in contracts and commercial management within the construction industry.
• Sound knowledge of industry-standard contract forms and relevant legislation and regulations.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in risk management and financial management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to coordinate and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management and delivery, as well as solid problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
