Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead and execute projects in Singapore and provide support to adjacent countries in South-east Asia. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial project delivery, contract management, and financial management.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Economics
- Sound understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Experience in construction contracts and/or government projects
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial project execution experience
- Experience in Contract Management and commercial tendering activities
- Experience in basic cost controlling and accounting including month end clearing, forecasting and budgeting processes
- Strong SAP and Excel skills
- Certification in any accredited project management framework or commercial project certification (optional)
