Front Desk Clerk

We're hiring a Front Desk Clerk to provide exceptional customer service and facilitate excellent guest and resident experiences at our resort community in New Holland, PA. As a Front Desk Clerk, you'll act as the property liaison, process payments, and partner with the Property Manager to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems
