Job Description
Maintenance Technician- Level II to perform various maintenance duties, including light plumbing, carpentry, and groundskeeping, at a community in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Must have a valid driver's license, property maintenance experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and current auto insurance
- 1-2 years of property maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
