Job Description
Maintenance Worker, responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks to ensure community safety and functionality. Performs light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry work, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to be on call for after-hours emergencies
