Maintenance - Level III

We are looking for a Maintenance - Level III with a background in irrigation and landscape maintenance to work at a resort in Sun City, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be able to manage irrigation timers, repair irrigation leaks, and perform other maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe property, communicating with management and staff, and performing repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours
