Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor performs maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including plumbing, light carpentry and construction, HVAC repairs and adjustments, and appliance repair, working with a team to ensure community quality maintenance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Previous supervisory experience
• Familiarity with RVs and motorhomes and the RV lifestyle, including full-time living, recreational use, and membership program usage
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and accurately log public swimming pool standards and compliance records
• PA pesticide applicator certification not required, but considered a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
