Job Description
ELS is hiring a Property Manager to maintain property operations, attract and serve residents, and meet financial goals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of property management experience, and strong operational and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of property management experience
- Strong operational, collaborative, and leadership skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
