Job Description
Equity Methods is seeking a Valuation Manager to support and drive client engagements related to equity compensation instruments, complex securities, and related categories. This role focuses on applying financial economics principles to impact financial reporting accuracy and timeliness for large publicly traded firms. The Manager will manage client relationships, coaching junior staff, and contribute to a leadership role within the firm.
Requirements
- 5 – 9 years of experience in a relevant valuation consulting field.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to design robust, insight-rich models.
- Experience supervising junior talent and delivering coaching/feedback.
- Bachelors or Masters in a business discipline.
- Exceptional time and stress management skills.
