Job Description
FP&A Manager role requires leading financial planning and analysis for U.S. operations, delivering strategic insights to executive decisions and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CPA preferred
- 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with proven or progressive leadership experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and BI tools (SAP, Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI)
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial insights to senior leadership
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
