Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in social services or a related field such as psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or occupational rehabilitation
- Four years direct customer service experience providing services in a clinical or social service environment
- Experience in programs that place customers in employment
- Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven
- Exceptional customer and employer service and engagement skills
- Experience with publicly-funded programs
- Experience in assessing the need for and making reasonable accommodations for customers
