One Stop Site Administrator

Operational Leadership & Oversight: Provides day-to-day functional supervision over all center staff to fulfill operational functions and service delivery. Conducts continuous improvement evaluations to assess and respond to the workforce and economic development needs of local businesses and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferred
• Working knowledge of workforce development trends and issues
• Professional knowledge with strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
