Job Description
We are seeking a Cost Engineer to support oil & gas project through cost estimating, cost control, budgeting, and project team support.
Requirements
- Prepare cost estimates for feasibility, FEED, and EPC phases.
- Develop and manage project cost budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor cost performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support contract evaluations, bid analysis, and change management.
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.
