Job Description
Eram Talent is currently looking for a Data Center Technician to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of data center operations, server hardware installation, and cabling, as well as experience with Windows Server and Linux installation and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Data Center operations.
- Hands-on experience with server hardware installation, troubleshooting, and cabling (copper and fiber).
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server and Linux installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, power circuits, and HVAC.
- Familiarity with data center safety, security, and operational SOPs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation/reporting.
- Ability to work shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call schedules.
