Job Description
Eram Talent is looking for a Data Center Technician to perform 24x7 shifts for Data Centers, handle incidents, and ensure safety requirements are met. The role involves monitoring environmental, power, and server hardware, handling cabling tasks, and controlling access into the data centers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with server hardware installation, troubleshooting, and cabling (copper and fiber)
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server and Linux installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, power circuits, and HVAC
- Familiarity with data center safety, security, and operational SOPs
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation/reporting
- Ability to work shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call schedules
