Engineering Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is in search of an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, manage teams, and drive innovation in engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a strong background in the energy or construction industries.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and previous experience managing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian engineering landscape and local regulations is advantageous.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
