Field Operator (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a Field Operator to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia within the Oil & Energy sector. The Field Operator will be tasked with ensuring the efficient and safe operation of various field equipment and meeting customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Process Operations or a 2-year technical school certificate in Plant Process Operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process plant operations and technical plant support.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, equipment reliability, process safety, environmental regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Participate in investigations and Root Cause Analysis to implement sustainable corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity.
• Able to communicate between operations and maintenance teams.
• Ability to communicate with the customer at the board level daily.
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing
