Greenhouse Field Technician

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Greenhouse Field Technician to support greenhouse operations and ensure optimal plant growth in field conditions.

Requirements

• Monitor and manage environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and soil moisture in greenhouse and field settings.
• Assist in planting, transplanting, and maintenance of crops within greenhouse and field environments.
• Collect needed phenotypic data for successful experiments
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, crop growth stages, and environmental data.
• Inspect plants for diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain irrigation and fertigation systems to ensure adequate water and nutrient supply.
