Quality Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a Quality Manager for a prominent organization in Saudi Arabia to develop and implement quality management policies and standards, conduct audits, and manage the quality assurance team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
• Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred
