Senior Architect (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is searching for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading architectural design delivery across PDE&C projects, ensuring design quality, compliance, constructability, and alignment with KAUST objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• A minimum of 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, mainly in housing projects
• Experience in residential projects and high-end finishes
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members
• Demonstrated project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt to changing project requirements
