We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop engaging training content and facilitate training sessions effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is preferred.
- A proactive attitude towards employee development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
