Cheffe / Chef de Département Maintenance et signalisation

We are seeking a Head of Maintenance and Signaling Department to lead the maintenance and signaling activities for the Transgabonais railway line. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of the signaling systems, and will work closely with the Director of Systems and Projects to achieve this goal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, automation, maintenance, or a related field
• Or experienced technician specializing in railway signaling
• 10-15 years of confirmed experience in maintaining railway signaling systems
• Experience in managing technical teams and leading multi-site activities is an asset
