Job Description
The Reliability Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance activities of the plant's equipment, identifying opportunities for improvement, and promoting new techniques and technologies.
Requirements
- Electronic or Electromechanical Technician or Engineer
- Certified in Vibrations Level 1 or 2
- Previous experience in similar positions in service operation areas exceeding 5 years
- Knowledge and commitment to safety standards
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Good communication skills
- Results-oriented
- Problem-solving skills
- Intermediate English
