Requirements

• Solid expertise in vehicle technology, mobility, digital transformation, and operational and maintenance‐related requirements in the context of rolling stock
• A completed university degree with excellent results (Master’s, MBA, PhD, or equivalent)
• At least six years of experience in consulting or project management related to vehicles, workshops, operations, or maintenance – ideally with initial leadership or steering responsibility
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum, ITIL)
• Business‐fluent German and English; further languages are a plus
