Requirements

• Analytical, structured thinker with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong passion for digitalization, logistics innovation, and transformation topics
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles, with exposure to transportation, logistics, or supply chain
• Excellent academic background (Master, MBA, or PhD)
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Solid knowledge of consulting methods and tools and strong project management skills; ideally complemented by certifications
• Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes in logistics or adjacent industries
• Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and drive initiatives forward
• Fluency in German and English, additional languages are a bonus
• Willingness to travel
