Job Description

As a Service Technician for Print and Multifunction Systems, you will be mainly working in the field for various service tasks at our customers. Since we offer our innovative devices in the area of Paper-Output-Management/Managed Document Services with a "Full-Service", your field of activity is very diverse. With your developed service mentality in combination with your technical skills, you will have success and joy at our company.

Your tasks

• Service, maintenance and repair services for print and multifunction systems
• Error analysis and removal
• Pre-installation and configuration of new systems
• Delivery including instruction on device functions, as well as software installation and network connection in the customer's network
• Support for technical customer inquiries

Your profile

Completed technical education (ideally as an IT system electronics technician/in or office information electronics technician/in or a comparable further education)

Applications from tech-savvy cross-enterprises, e.g. from the service sector of coffee machines, washing machines, etc. are welcome

Technical-mechanical basic understanding paired with IT knowledge are a must

A developed service mentality

Driver's license Class B (we will provide a company car that can also be used privately) and very good German language skills (at least B2/C1)
