The Director, Technology Solution Implementation (Application Development) is responsible for overseeing the execution of an information systems solution delivery in accordance with business needs and conditions. This role involves providing central expertise, support, and control for an organization’s technical programs/projects, establishing and implementing strategies that have short to midterm impact on business results, and overseeing vendor activity for multiple vendors.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in computer or information science, business or equivalent
- Experience with Majesco Billing, including implementation and modernization
- Proven success leading large-scale platform transformations
- Strong insurance industry experience in billing and payments
- Experience leading application development and support teams
- Strong financial, vendor management, and stakeholder leadership skills
