The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support for core HR functions to Erigo’s multiple client companies, including new-hire orientations, employee benefits, and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Advanced written communication skills
- Advanced attention to detail skills
- High level of competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with basic office equipment such as computers and printers
- Self-starter, motivated, well-organized, and willing to learn new skills
- Confidentiality policy adherence
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check passed
