Job Description
ERM is hiring Construction Site Managers in Northern and Southern California to support construction oversight for battery storage renewable energy projects. This is a full-time (40-60 hours/week), limited-term role for the duration of 12 months.
Requirements
- 10 Years of Experience as a Construction Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar plus BESS projects
- BESS commissioning and testing experience preferred
- An excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Procore
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
- Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
