We are seeking a enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for sustainability to join our team as a Capital Project Delivery - Consulting Senior Associate to Consultant. The role involves contributing to the development and growth of ERM's Capital Project Delivery business, working on challenging environmental and social projects for large industrial and global clients.
Requirements
- Qualification in sustainability, environmental science/engineering, biodiversity, geography, social and/or human rights related discipline
- Good understanding of the whole cycle of Impact Assessment, including experience of baseline data collection, impact assessment reporting, and/or implementation of mitigation measures
- 1-4 years of experience in sustainability, environmental or social impacts in an international consultancy firm (advantageous)
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic and internship background (considered)
- Knowledge and experience in international standards such as those promoted by the World Bank, IFC, ADB, AIIB, and Equator Principal Banks (asset)
- Strong ability to converse and write accurately in English, particularly for report writing (fundamental requirement)
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (necessary)
