Job Description
As part of ERM's global Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change practice, we are seeking a Managing Consultant / Principal Consultant to join our China office and lead projects, business development, and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Climate Change, Environmental Engineering, Energy, Economics, Sustainability, Finance or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in corporate sustainability, climate change mitigation, adaptation or related fields.
- Good understanding of private sector's climate needs and priorities and ability to advise client on climate-related issues, risks, opportunities, strategies, targets and action plans.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sustainability data and draw conclusions and practical recommendations as a result of the analysis.
- Strong written, verbal communication and data presentation skills.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently, with minimal supervision.
- Capacity and willingness to lead consultancy projects and project teams; ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
