The Global Internal Communications Specialist supports the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERM's global internal communications channels, including the company intranet and internal collaboration platforms.
Requirements
- Publish, edit, and maintain intranet content
- Support Group Functions and regional teams
- Manage homepage updates, rotating banners, and content scheduling
- Apply intranet governance policies consistently
- Provide day-to-day support to content owners
- Coordinate with Group Functions to ensure timely content delivery and maintenance
- Partner with IT on issue logging, access permissions, and minor technical updates
- Conduct regular quality checks for broken links, navigation issues, formatting consistency, and accessibility gaps
- Monitor intranet and Viva Engage analytics and produce basic reports
- Support engagement activities (campaigns, landing pages, news stories)
- Assist in user feedback collection and implement small improvements as approved
- Help promote adoption of intranet features and digital workplace tools
