Job Description
ERM is seeking an experienced Global Learning Facilitator to deliver high-quality virtual learning experiences across our global leadership and career development programs.
Requirements
- ICF-certified (or equivalent) coach, current accreditation required.
- 3+ years coaching experience (beyond certification hours).
- 5+ years facilitation experience, including 2+ years virtual.
- Expertise in leadership and career development.
- Extensive experience with adult learners.
- Strong business acumen and eagerness to understand ERM's strategy.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
- Strong communication, listening, observation, and feedback skills.
- Excellent time-management and cross-regional collaboration capabilities.
