The Global Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for building workforce capability and engagement through learning. The role works directly with HR, business partners, and teams to identify, develop and refine learning solutions to address business needs.
Requirements
- End-to-end instructional design, development and maintenance of global learning content under Greif University
- Consults with internal business partners to assess individual and organizational level effectiveness challenges and provide recommendations of relevant learning solutions
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts to design engaging learning solutions that drive business impact and behavior change
- Support internal departments with functional training and content requests, ensuring alignment with Global standards
- Conduct program tracking, analysis & reporting, and implementation of processes and/or improvements to ensure successful and sustainable deployment of programs
- Provides end-to-end administration of Lead to Last, from scheduling through delivery, evaluation, and post-program reporting
- Partner with Global Learning team to continuously optimize and enhance our Greif University Learning Management System (Workday Learning)
- Coordinates and contributes to the Global Learning and Development team's communications, including the Global L&D SharePoint site, newsletter, and announcements
