Job Description
Collibra is seeking a Global Enablement & Learning Manager to lead the design and implementation of a global enablement framework, empowering GTM teams to perform at their highest level. The role involves architecting scalable enablement programs, leading onboarding and continuous learning experiences, and driving revenue impact and sales excellence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Sales Operations
- 2+ years of direct sales experience
- Expertise in enablement technology, such as Highspot
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
- Demonstrated functional experience with outreach, Highspot, Gong, and Salesforce
