Job Description
ERM is looking for a Managing Consultant, Environmental Health and Safety to lead safety innovation for Fortune 500 organizations in Southern California. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and implement innovative safety programs, conduct audits and assessments, and provide training and coaching to improve client safety performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- 4+ years of EHS experience across sectors such as technology, biotech, manufacturing, energy, or chemicals
- Strong knowledge of California and federal EHS regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to travel within Southern California and occasionally beyond
- Driver's License Required
