Lead complex Land and Right-of-Way initiatives, drive strategic land solutions, and shape the backbone of critical energy projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in land and right-of-way project management
- Proven ability to negotiate and secure legal land agreements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and scopes
- Knowledge of property rights, eminent domain, and state/local land laws
- Ability to identify risks and solutions to resolve conflicts
