Job Description
We are seeking a motivated experienced Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of OHS programs across projects and operations. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about workplace safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in OHS or Environmental science, Engineering, or similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field, such as private sector (power, natural gas, hydrogen, etc.)
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Thai are essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team is essential.
- Strong skills with MS Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of Thai OHS law, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and international safety standards.
- Demonstrated experience in audits, risk management, and safety assurance programs.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Experience of line management and/or contributing to the professional development of other teammates is a plus.
- Structured and effective communicator that can shape and deliver messages to executive level and facilitate effective client engagements.
