Job Description
ERM GmbH is seeking a Project Manager - Demolition and Engineering to lead demolition projects and building damage cleanup in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or a related field and several years of experience in project management, particularly in building damage cleanup and demolition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, geology, geoecology, geo-, or environmental sciences, environmental engineering, hydrogeology, or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in project management, particularly in the fields of building damage cleanup and demolition, including time and cost tracking
- Experience in planning, organizing, and evaluating building substance investigations
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, laws, and requirements
- Fluent German and English on C1 level
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
