Job Description
ERM is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Global Delivery Centre and play a key role in shaping the future of our Salesforce delivery. This is a senior technical position designed for an experienced Salesforce professional who thrives on hands-on development and technical leadership without formal people management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks; Jira and GitHub preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification and/or Architect-level certifications desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies
