Job Description
ERM is looking for a Technical Consulting Director, EHS and Air Compliance and Management Systems to lead the development of compliance, assurance, and management systems for top-tier clients across diverse industries. The role requires 8-12+ years of progressive EHS experience, including team leadership, and a deep knowledge of environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, safety, environmental management, or related field.
- 8–12+ years (15+ preferred) of progressive EHS experience, including team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of environmental regulations and proven success in compliance strategy, permitting, and management systems.
- Expertise in operationalizing sustainability goals through EHS programs.
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to co-create innovative solutions.
