Job Description
ERM is seeking experienced Wetland Delineators to support large-scale field programs across the Gulf and West Region. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in intensive fieldwork, lead data collection efforts, and apply rigorous ecological and regulatory methods.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) field seasons of wetland delineation experience using the 1987 Manual and Regional Supplements.
- Familiarity with Arid West and Great Plains Regional Supplements (or other applicable regions).
- Ability to interpret soils, vegetation, hydrology, NWI maps, aerial imagery, and topographic data for accurate field calls.
- Experience with submeter GNSS/GPS units and digital field applications.
- Ability to work long days (60+ hours/week), weekends, and extended rotations in remote or challenging conditions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on high-quality data collection.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
