Job Description
ERMCO is seeking a Senior Design Engineering Manager to oversee the design, development, and manufacturing of single-phase and three-phase transformers. The successful candidate will lead multiple teams of engineering professionals, provide cross-functional leadership, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- More than 15 years of experience in distribution transformer design
- Experience managing other leaders (M2-M3) and delivering complex projects
- 10+ years of managing a cross-functional design engineering team
- Experience working in a high-volume distribution transformer manufacturing environment
- Understanding of product optimization and industry standards
