Sales Development Representative

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive Ernest’s growth by creating new opportunities with potential construction and software clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with new people, and wants to contribute to building a scalable outbound sales function as the company continues to expand.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or top-of-funnel lead generation (construction or B2B experience is a plus)
• Comfort with high-volume outreach, including cold calling and multi-channel communication
• Very strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to research companies, identify decision-makers, and understand basic construction or commercial project contexts
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
